Distilled from the rhizome of the perennial Ginger herb, this essential oil has a warm, fresh and zesty aroma. Traditionally used in India and China as a digestive tonic, Ginger is a delightful, invigorating oil and should always be diluted before topical use as it is potentially skin sensitizing.

To help support healthy digestion, massage a blend of 1 drop Ginger with 20 drops carrier oil onto the abdomen. Ginger may be diffused in small amounts, typically 1-2 drops per ounce of water. When traveling or experiencing mildly nauseous feelings, a simple palm inhalation method can be used to support a steady stomach and a clear head.

General Dilution Guidelines:

Topical: 1-5% general use, 5% or more under professional recommendation.

Diffusion: In small amounts – typically 1-2 drops per ounce of water.

Bay Leaf Laurel, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cistus, Clove, Coriander, Cypress, Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Grapefruit, Helichrysum, Juniper Berry, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Rosemary cineole, Rose Otto, Sandalwood, Spearmint, Vanilla, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang.

Extraction: Water/steam distilled ginger rhizome

Active Constituents: a-zingiberene, b-sesquiphellandrene, b-bisabolene
